Description
The programme has been fully developed within the Development Sector of
AGP-INF, arising from a specific need for
[I.S.P.R.A.] (http://www.isprambiente.gov.it) when managing surveillance
health and occupational health of staff. The programme was
specifically developed on a web platform to enable access to
internal resources through the use of a common web browser. Inside
of the application you can manage secretarial activities
scheduling, for each employee, clinical analyses and visits
to the competent doctor. You can manage work risks
linked to the Institute’s work activities by grouping them into
risk categories linking them to each employee. For each
risk category is possible to indicate the number of months of
health surveillance. At the end of the months indicated, the system
display the list of ‘expired’ employees. You can choose from:
* New employees: list of staff who are not covered by any of them
risk reflectors; * Overdue employees: list of staff that is
expired before the current month; * Employees maturing in the month
current: list of staff having at least one risk category in
maturity in the current month; * Employees maturing in the first month
next: list of staff having at least one risk category in
maturity in the month following the current month; * Employees maturing
in the second month following: list of staff having at least one
risk category maturing in the second month following the month
current; * Employees deleted: list of staff that has been
manually erased from the system; * Employees stranded and/or terminated:
list of staff that has been automatically blocked by the system in
case of contract expiry, for example;
Specifically, the system, issued for re-use, allows:
* A SingleSignOn authentication on the CAS Server system; * Acquisition
automatic employees from REST-API Json repositories; * Creation and
manual management of employees; * Risk management at work; *
Grouping risks at work into categories; * Profiling of
employees according to the associated risk categories; *
Timelines of analyses and visits; * Communications through
e-mail with employees; * Management of skills history for
each employee; * Management of eligibility deadlines for each
risk category; * Generation of medical reports
competent; * User manuals for the three user profiles: employee
general practitioner, secretariat and competent doctor.
