It is based on web and cloud technology and international security and communication standards. The main qualifying elements are: technological innovation, constant compliance with legislation, facilitation of administrative processes, efficiency of public services and interoperability with enabling platforms (including SPID/CIE/eIDAS, SIOPE +, ANPR, INAD, ANSC, ANEL, BDAP, PagoPA, App IO, PDND, SEND).

* DIRECTORATE-GENERAL: Organisational performance/Resource assessment/Directorate dashboards/Reporting system.
* GENERAL AFFAIRS: Computer protocol/Administrative acts/Contract management/Document management and document management (native workflow engine)/Virtual Scrivania/Pretorio Book/Transparency/Entry into Storage/Management of digital signature and electronic seal/Interoperability with national enabling platforms.
* BUDGET: Financial and economic management in accordance with Legislative Decree No 118 of 23 June 2011, in accordance with Legislative Decree No of, Economic Fund/Heritage/Mutui/Funding and Public Operations/DUP/Electricity Fatturation/Magazine and Inventari/Accounting File/Monitoring of the Investment Plan/FPV Management.
* INVESTEE: Administrative management and secretary of investee companies/Consolidated Balance Sheet.
* Programming and CONTROL: Mandate/analytical accounts for Cost Centres/Budget Indicators/XBRL Invii/Budget/Objective Plan/Executive Management Plan (EYP)/Predisposition of PIAO documents.
* TECNICO-TERRITORIAL: Publication of geographic data/Thematic Maps/WebGIS.
* DEMOGRAPHICS: Civil Registry/State/Elettoral/Popolari Magistrates/Statistics/Military Leva/Elettronic Identity Charter.
* REVENUE: Taxpayer and real estate register/Individual application services/fees/regional, provincial and municipal taxes and taxes.
* HUMAN and ORGANISATION resources: Organisational Structure/Organical Appointment/Legal Management/Economic Management/Reception of presences/absences/Past/Training/Individual Assessment/Elettronic File of the Employee/Accessory Salary/Mission and Transferte/Job Portal/Management procedure approvativi/770/Conto Annual.
