Description
The purpose of the script written in perl is to start understanding the functioning of IO and send messages to the citizen for the services: TARI, MENSA, Minigrest and CIE payment, as well as a text message without payment (BENVENUTO).
The script allows a few simple steps through some key fields to send messages to IO in order to prove the simplicity of interface with IO and its immediate use, as well as the completeness of functionality (sending welcome messages and/or payments).
The script is not optimised at code level and only serves its purpose:)
