The GECO application allows the management and consultation of institutional information on regional councillors and councillors. For each Regional Councillor and Councillor, there is a sheet containing the population details, the member of the council group to which he belongs, the institutional positions held and the changes that have taken place during the parliamentary term. For both Councillors and Assessors, a specific section is available containing the information on the holders of political positions that the Administration is obliged to publish pursuant to Article 13 (1) (a) and Article 14 of Legislative Decree No 33/2013, also referring to previous legislative terms. A factsheet is available for each body with details of the institution, its members and roles, with updates. In addition, all data are exportable and can generate general reports on the information managed by the programme. The application makes it possible to record, for each meeting of the bodies, data relating to the recording of the attendance and absences of each component, with the possibility for the offices to also include any supporting documents for institutional missions, serious health reasons, particular and significant personal or family reasons, and replacements within the meaning of Article 27 (4) of the General Regulation. In addition, it is possible to generate a monthly report, specific to each of the profiles available, giving a summary of the attendance and absences of each member to each body, office or agency for the purposes referred to in Regional Law No 3/2013. The calculation algorithm is capable of cross-checking all the data present, retrieving them from the records of attendance at meetings of the bodies, making good any absences on the part of the person concerned in the event of participation in concurrent sessions of other bodies, in accordance with the provisions of the Bureau Decisions on deductions for absence from the work of the various bodies and offices.
Different user profiles are foreseen, with visibility on organs and
different functionalities, enabling a workflow to be defined for
sending the timesheets to the relevant offices.
