Agile work is an application that allows you to manage agile working arrangements for a public administration.

Implementation is in line with the provisions of Decree-Law No 183 of 31 December 2020, as amended.

The application is complemented by:

— The Open Source Workflow Engine [Elsa] (https://v2.elsaworkflows.io/), on which the agreement approval workflows run

— HRMS adopted by the administration, from which it retrieves users’ register and sends information on smart working activities and days to them

— Ministry of Labour, to which information on the working arrangement useful for control actions is sent

— Email servers to send notifications

— LDAP server to authenticate users in an Intranet installation

Integration with HRMS is deactivated and in its place it is possible to activate the means by which information on the structures can be retrieved directly from the database, following a census of the facility by the administrator.

All outgoing interactions (HRMS, Ministry, Mail) are mediated by a queue system.

Accompanying the application, there are two applications that make it possible to define workflows and monitor the status of the tail and workflows.
