GeoCity
Institutional website and unified map platform for management
of the territory and inside
Description
# # * * Institutional website and unified map platform for the
land management and inside * *
GeoCity is a native Cloud web application developed with ESRI technology.
in the ArcGIS Server environment for Windows Server (Microsoft), for
the processing of plano/cartographic information resident in a single one
DB SQL. The installation of GeoCity is versatile and adaptable to needs
the customer, always ensuring the highest levels of security, and
reliability, using a multi-tier architecture. Are configured
servers dedicated to the functions of Presentation, Application and Database.
The GeoCity Platform consists of the following modules:
— Urban planning
— Civic and toponomastic
— Building register
— Public green
— Advertising posters
— CTRLGest MPF (Monitoring of Projects and Funding)
— Civil protection
— Networks and underservices
Citizens’ Portal (Measure 1.4.1 NRRP)
When setting up the functional environment, the
census of plan/cartographic data held by the Client. For data
vectors will carry out remediation and georeferencing;
separate evaluation will be reserved for paper documents for which we must:
assess the validity and possible vectorisation or use in
raster modes (historical representations). Any information
maps provided by external sources, will be ‘served’ by the web
application GeoCity, ensuring compliance with the most stringent directives
and GDPR regulations; no strategic data developed by the Platform will be
made available outside servers even for statistical analysis.
Strategic feature of the GeoCity module lies in its intrinsic nature
ability, as developed with GIS technology, to manage elements
plan/map as objects of a DB SQL. This allows us to
connect across ALL information in the database
giving them, dynamically, the added value of placement
space, therefore of the building, department, office, not only will it be
generated and managed, but by questioning the target we will have answers on all
space-related proceedings. GeoCity is accessible from anywhere
peripheral with the appropriate credentials enabling the level of
operationalisation. Sharing the same base date will make it possible to
‘play/map’ management interface in the different
management procedures and the various workflows; the plan of the holding,
the cadastral parcel, the section of the consortium road, is the source of
management administrative information and project aggregators,
administrative practices, interconnections with other entities to make
unambiguous and obvious overlaps in the management of the
space/territory. Access to the map portal will be governed by
appropriate authorisation profiles; profile characterisation allows
the various user “families” to access from any periphery (pc)
fixed and/or tablet and mobile), with different information and procedures. One
administration interface allows users to be assigned both the
type of data that can query both how to access the
data (reading/amendment). The function of Administrator, assigned to one or
more users, it is responsible for managing exclusive functions a.
User rating and profiling, with the assignment of privileges
dedicated; b. Attivation and management of functionality, integrated into
platform to manage and update cadastral sheets and
census information from the Land Agency
they are imported into GeoCity’s DB. Integrated management of
information from the Catasto accelerates and complements research and the
display of particles and related tracked information
within the various procedures of the Body. Users are enabled
from the Administrator (s) and in a cartographic environment, use the
navigation and background functionality to enable fluid
use of data with a focus on navigation from a fixed location
and mobile
# # # * * GeoCity Municipal Site * *
The standard model of the GeoCity municipal site has been developed in
compliance of the ‘_ * * Designers Italia project * * _’ defined by the lines
Agid Guide (Agency for Digital Italy) and DTD "_ * * Department of
Digital Transformation * * _.
In particular, five types of flows were summarised:
recurrent service, through services for the citizen by nature
heterogeneous, i.e. repeatable pattern of modules and screens that
constitute the user interface of the digital service for the
citizen.
* * have been defined * * *:
a list of digital services for citizens in connection with events of the
and professionals;
Five types of interface flows, recurrent versus
the provision of digital services for the citizen;
Flows, services for the citizen and corresponding procedures have been
chosen considering the benefit provided both directly to the citizen
to the administration.
The implementation of these services to citizens, facilitated by the typologies
of interface flows, allows lines to be reached _ "\ _ \ ___ * *

# Implementation of municipal site
The municipal site model, made available at
[[https:/designers.italia.it/modello/comuni/] (https://designers.italia.it/modello/comuni/)]
it was adopted in the draft.
it includes two key instruments:
● the information architecture of the municipal site
● the templates html of the municipal site.
# # The information architecture of the municipal site:
The information architecture of the municipal site defines and organises
the information contained within a municipality’s website.
The architecture contains indications on the first page hierarchy
and second level, content types, navigation systems and
taxonomies for all areas of a municipality’s site.
The architecture does not contain a detailed description of the
characteristics of the individual digital services of a municipality, but one
standard presentation structure of a digital service for the
citizen (service sheet) up to his/her information section.
# # I template html of the municipal site
The municipal site model has been translated into a series of HTML templates.
already ready to use and validated in terms of accessibility and compliance
the guidelines issued under the CAD, in which each municipality may insert
its content. if you join the Citizens’ Package
informed, whether you join the Active Citizens’ Package.
# # Attribution of the objective of compliance with the municipal site model
At the end of the process of issuing the municipal site, the body must:
certify compliance with the following characteristics, which they represent
for the purposes of this notice, the municipal site developed complies with the
template provided, published at the following link:

Annex 2
# Digital services for the citizen being implemented
# # List of services
To facilitate understanding of the level of granularity of the objectives
of this notice, as regards digital services for citizens
it is necessary to specify the different levels of detail for which this is
document referred to, linking on the one hand the needs of the
on the other hand, the levels of granularity of categories of the
classification of services for administrations (defined from
Tuel and research activities, in accordance with Notice 1.2) and
administrative procedures:
All the services provided for in measure 1.4.1 ‘Citizens’ experience in
Public services "have been carried out with the exception of those bound by
structured backend functionalities (e.g. Payment of tax)
# Typologies of interface flows to the citizen
However, the content of the different processes needed to deliver the services
for the citizen, the steps to be taken by the citizen are different:
initiating a panel will be similar. The creation of coherent interfaces; and
applicants make it easier for citizens to use the services
digital themselves.
