Management of council acts
Description
The ‘deed management’ system is designed to manage certain categories of acts: draft law (PDL), draft administrative act (PDA), opinion (PAR), report (REL), popular petition (INP), generic document (DOC), proposed referendum (REF) list of Community acts (EAC), MIS (evaluation missions), proposals for an administrative act of initiative of the Council Presidency (PDA-UDP), acts of internal organisation (ORG). The acts are the responsibility of the Commissions Service, each standing and special committee, the Assembly Service and the Joint Control Committee. The offices responsible for these bodies shall enter the data and acts for which they are responsible. As a general rule, as regards the formal acts examined by the Council committees, the texts, documentation and data relating to each stage of the act are inserted, from registration of the act until its approval in the Commission (PAR, REL, INP) or in the Consiliar Chamber (PDA, PDL, DOC, REF). This entry is generally visible on the Council’s website. There is a section called EAC in GEA which publishes the list of Community acts sent by the Conference of Presidents of Legislative Assemblies together with the assignment note to the Council Committees signed by the President of the Council. There are no procedural flows in this section. These acts are not visible on the Council’s website. A page dedicated to the inclusion of evaluation missions implemented by the Paritetic Monitoring and Evaluation Committee is also included. The page allows the manual creation of a tab to which users can access through read-only modes.
