EPAS is the new system for detecting and managing staff attendance designed to meet the specific needs of public research bodies.
Description
EPAS is the new system for detecting and managing the presence of CNR staff developed by the IIT Institute in cooperation with the ICT Office. It was created in 2012 as a re-engineering of an attendance detection system developed years earlier. It allows integration with various badge reader models for the acquisition of staff stamps and can be integrated with various external components. It has been developed as a web application, so that it can be used immediately by any type of system (PC, Tablet, Smartphone). The application implements the checks and needs arising from the management of presences in accordance with the CCNL of public research bodies. With the appropriate customisation of areas, it is therefore applicable to all EPR Italians.EPAS offers the following main functionalities to the employee:
— consultation of your daily/monthly/annual presence;
— stamps, absences, missions, summary of working hours;
— summary of used and residual compensatory leave/rest periods;
— monthly and annual skills.
It also has a management system that allows staff offices to:
— enter, modify and delete staff related to the institution/UO;
— manage the various types of time allowed by the CNR Regulation;
— send, at the end of the month, the certificates of presence of the staff (integrated system with the CNR’s ‘attested’ procedure);
— have, in general, the full administration and management of information;
— plan, manage and validate timetables for shift and stand-by services.
