The programme has been fully developed within the Development Sector of

AGP-INF, allows the handling of “frequently asked questions (faq)”; more

precisely, faq are a series of answers to the questions that are

most frequently posted by employees and/or visitors.

Specifically, the system, issued for re-use, allows:

— Searching for faq by free text and/or categories;

— Display of prominent faq;

— Visualisation of the most sought faq;

— Possibility for authenticated users to send faq proposals to

include in the application;

— Management of faq for each employee with editor rights;

— Possibility to generate faq visible to all, visible to staff only

authenticated or visible only to employees assigned to a specification

structure;

— User and role management;

— _email communications with employees; _

— SingleSignOn authentication on the CAS Server system;

— Full application documentation (html);

— User manual.
