Description
The parametrisation of ‘one-for-all’ (EFA) online services is intended to enable a nationwide re-use of the services, despite differences in national and statutory law. The flexibility of EFA online services is to be ensured through the use of variables (parameters). This should be standardised and similar for as many public administration services as possible.
An online public administration service, which is supposed to follow the EFA concept, is characterised by the fact that it is available to all local and regional authorities nationwide for shared use. There is therefore the challenge of providing a technically uniform technical online EFA service for several, different national and statutory bases.
The documentation on EFA parametrisation provides guidance on how to parametrise services, how the parameters are to be defined, maintained and accessed, and which parameters are to be used. Parameters for variable values of the online service, communication parameters for application routing, parameters for addressing payment services and parameters to control the appearance of online services are needed.
The Round Table _documentation on EFA parametrisation_ is intended in particular to enable online service producers and their platforms to clarify details on EFA parametrisation and to provide suggestions for further development.
