DigiPro

The project * * DigiPro * * consists of a * * model
organisation and technology of an integrated information system, finalised
digitalisation of public processes, acts and documents
administration, using an operational methodology for the
re-engineering of administrative procedures, including from the point of view of
transparency, legality and anti-corruption * *, in _compliance_
with the objectives of both the new EU Action Plan
for the _eGovernment_ 2016-2020, both the three-year IT plan
in the PA (public administration) 2017-2019.

The DigiPro project takes the form of a technological platform
consisting of DocER and card reusable software and the platform
KeySuite freeware, in the versions implemented and used by the Municipality of
Monza. The main modules of the project are:

— an Electronic Document Management System
System EDMS) based on Solr Cloud appropriately extended to comply with
require proper archival management of documents;

— a system for orchestrating document flows (Business Process
Management System BPM) based on jBMP completed with some functionalities
designed to provide a comprehensive solution for the automation of flows
documentary evidence;

— a web-based virtual desk to support the relevant offices.
provides all tools for full interaction with the different
document flows;

— the e-Services Portal module, the easy, fast and
direct targeting citizens, businesses and external users to interact with
offices of public or private bodies via virtual desks
multifunctional;

— a BPMN2.0 Designer, a web-based and very intuitive tool enabling
to model any process/process by highlighting the structure
and the breakdown of these into elementary activities.
