use the service to manage activation/reactivation, or
revocation, or consultation, or issuance of documentation of:

consent to stratification of health data for medical purposes
initiative;

consent to take charge for chronic management programmes/
disease management;

consent to take charge of telemedicine programmes/services;

consent to take charge of a pathology network, such as the
oncological;

progressive informed consent in palliative care;

participation in an experimental study.

The CONSPREF service also sends notifications via sms and emails to the citizen.

The CONSPREF service also consists of a back office accessed by
regional operators to carry out monitoring

and the operations described above.
