BABEL
Babel is a software system for digital archive management and day-to-day document management.
Description
Babel cannot be described as a single product. Babel is a set of integrated solutions and at the same time open to application collaboration with third party systems.
Babel guarantees a layer of services and shared document flow management (virtual user registration, document file management, digital signature, document converter, Instant Messagging, PEC Gateway, Federated Rubriche, BPMS, Single Sign On,...).
On this common layer of services, vertical solutions are made available in plug-ins mode to manage specific processes such as: computer protocol, Decision, Decisions,....
All applications are built with interfaces designed and tested to be simple and pleasant to use.
The Virtual Scrivania (Babel-Desk) is BABEL’s first function, through which the user will immediately have available notifications, documentation and, in general, the activities assigned to him by the applications of the various bodies integrated with it (useful for the management of unified services); after selecting the activity of the specific body to be carried out, Babel will launch the application capable of carrying it out.
The ECP Internauta (babel-pec) is the Babel form for managing certified mailboxes that can access certified mail accounts authorised for users, including those relating to different companies (useful for managing unified services).
BABORG is the system used by the company directors to manage the inter-company organisation chart, the unified services and the configuration of the pec boxes.
