JEcotrim 17.22.0 Switch to the latest release

This version of the plugins are compatible with JDemetra+ 2.2.0.

It also adds a hint in the batch output window when the creation of the output file has been started and finished as this process can take several minutes. Especially if the output folder is a network drive.
