A horizontal platform for the deployment of e-file services. If offers a web-based service catalogue that enables the implementation of the measures required by Technical Interoperability Standards, including integration into other e-government infrastructure systems (SIA, DIR, @firma, etc.).
The e-document or e-file service platform, @Doc, offers horizontal services whereby integrated applications can add most of the requirements for entry exchanges between registry offices in the Technical Interoperability Standards for E-Files, E-Documents, Signature and Certificate Policy, Authentic Copying and Conversion, and Data Models.
The data structures exchanged in web service requests and replies are consistent with XSD schemata published in the Technical Interoperability Standards for E-Files and E-Documents.
The services provided include:
• E-file creation and e-document insertion at any stage of development.
• File/document viewing, update or deletion.
• Certified paper copies, including security verification code (SVC).
• File numbering and closure, sending/availability management.
• E-document signature validation, digital stamp verification, SVC and digital stamp generation.
• Signature folder services.
• E-registry services for registry entry generation and retrieval in compliance with SICRE 3.0 specifications.
@Doc was signed to operate in multi-body environments, with parameters being set for platform operation in individual applications.
