Policy Officer for ICT Standardisation, DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (GROW), European Commission

Rodolphe Wouters is a policy officer for ICT Standardisation at DG GROW. He coordinates across all services of the Commission the identification of needs in ICT standardisation for the support of EU policies, the so-called Rolling Plan on ICT Standardisation. He is also in charge of setting up the European Catalogue on ICT standards for procurement which is action 5 of the EU eGovernment action plan for 2016-2020 and which will heavily rely on Joinup to promote interoperability concepts in the procurement of digital goods and services.
