In the spec, a number of terms (licence, catalogue, etc.) are sometimes spelled following American English.

The spec should be revised to make consistent use of British English, with the exception of textual labels of properties and classes spelled otherwise in the original vocabularies (e.g., DCAT and Dublin Core).
