A description model for digital public services has been developed in Greece. There is a Protégé documentation and a system to enter and manage the whole schema.
See: http://www.iocenter.eu/demos/service-registry-(greek--english).aspx

The first part of this work (until 2009-10) is integrated in the Greek www.ermis.gov.gr portal.

  • The City of Saragossa published all their public services addressed to citizens, using a basic RDF model.

Example of records exposed in RDF

  • The Government of Andalucia has modeled part of their public services (subsidies and related financial services) in RDF. Although it is not public yet, they have used the same vocabulary, and currently they are deploying the semantic infrastructure.
