Eddy Vanderlinden has suggested the inclusion of a Juridical Capability property. When asked for more background he compared this with the Business Vocabulary's property of status and argued for its inclusion.

Proposal:

Add a property of Juridicial Capability with a recommendation to use a suitable controlled vocabulary if one can be identified.
