The property foaf:name associated to the class foaf:Agent should be mandatory.

Proposed resolution: Change cardinality for foaf:name to 1..n for Agent. This is in line with DCAT-AP.

NOTE: class Publisher (foaf:Agent) will be replaced by class Agent (foaf:Agent) in line with DCAT-AP.
