Early January 2013, CIRB, the IT organisation oft he Brussels Region launched an application to report any public space incident in the region of Brussels, Belgium. Since the go-live, more than 2800 issues were reported and 40% were fixed.

The app is a good example of how public administrations can use crowdsourcing to improve public service.
