As mentioned before, the Belgian Federal Public Service ICT (Fedict) has been working with a few open source communities to promote and support DCAT-AP.

So we are happy to see that the small contributions we've made to Apache Jena (3.1.1) and Eclipse RDF4J (2.1.0) have been accepted: both Java libraries now provide DCAT helper classes (along with other W3C vocabularies like ROV and ORG), which makes it slightly easier for developers to use this vocabulary in their applications.
