This document includes a template spreadsheet which has been created in order to describe business events and public services with the CPSV-AP version 2.0. The descriptions can be transformed from the spreadsheet to machine-readable format, such as RDF/XML or RDF Turtle, using Open Refine. An RDF Skeleton has been made made and published to facilitate the mapping for the transformation.

The approach for using the spreadsheet and creating machine-readable descriptions in RDF is the same as described here. The template and RDF skeleton to be used are included in the latest release of the CPSV-AP version 2.0.
