DCAT-AP validation service 1.1.0 Latest release

This release adds the ability to use the DCAT-AP validator as service. Each users has his/her own space (graph) to test the DCAT-AP compliancy.

This release is compliant with DCAT-AP 1.1 specification. 

Further, the build configuration has been modified to be compatible with Mac OS X system, used as development enviroment by the Italian national Open Data portal (http://www.dati.gov.it).

The validator can be used on line at the URL: http://dcat-ap.semic.eu/dcat-ap_validator.html
