Proposed resolution: Change obligation for properties vcard:hasAddress, vcard:telephone and vcard:url to optional. In DCAT-AP no specification is given for the properties of the class.

NOTE: the Vcard specification has changed considerably in 2014.

As there were no objections, we will include this in the draft version of the revised profile. Of course, further comments are welcome.

I have been made aware in the discussions about DCAT-AP guidelines (see https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/asset/dcat-ap_implementation_guidelines/iss…) that the property v:fn (the 'formatted name' of the entity as a single string) is mandatory in the the vCard specification at W3C (see: https://www.w3.org/TR/vcard-rdf/#Identification_Properties). This needs to be included in the ADMS-AP revision.

There is no problem, the property v:fn can be included in the ADMS-AP revision.

v:fn will be mandatory in Draft 2
