Fleur holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering as well as a degree in business management. Previously, Fleur worked at the European Commission on the digitalisation of transport processes, and was in particular in charge of establishing the Digital Transport and Logistics Forum. In the past, after developing traffic management models in a US-based research lab, she also worked at the French Transport Ministry.
