The INSPIRE Guidelines on address are rather abstract. Do we need more specifics in the address? The INSPIRE terms are: 
  • locator; 
  • thoroughfare name; 
  • address area name;  
  • postal descriptor; 
  • administrative unit name; 
  • Address representation.Include discussion of the ISO 19160-1 work
