Launch of the Interoperable Europe Community
The Interoperable Europe Community has been launched on the Portal! As one of the cornerstones of the Interoperable Europe Act, this space serves as the central hub for all the other interoperability-related communities on the Portal.
Here users can help shape the future of digital public services across the EU and ensure their voices are heard and turned into action by:
- Taking part in public consultations and working groups.
- Contributing to guidance documents to provide input to the Board’s agenda.
- Getting involved in the Annual Assembly.
To become a member of the collection, users have to accept the Code of Conduct, which promotes the creation of a safe and inclusive environment that upholds the Community’s values and principles.

New categories in the Portal’s Support Contact Form
With our latest release, we have also introduced new categories in the Support Contact Form. These categories are designed to help you describe your issue better and more precisely.
Whether you're experiencing a technical issue, need help navigating the Portal, or have questions about specific services, the updated category field allows you to select the most relevant topic for your question. This change helps us better understand your needs and provides quicker, more accurate assistance.
Visit the Support Contact Form to see the new categories in action and let us know how we can support you.

Time limitation in content sharing
The Interoperable Europe Portal allows you to share news and events in other Portal spaces where you have subscribed to. This can be done by clicking on the “Share” button that appears in the bottom right of any supported content page.
To keep the Portal fresh and relevant, we are introducing time limitations for shared content across collections:

- Shared News will be visible for 1 month.

- Shared Events will remain available for 6 months.

Important: This limitation applies only to the shared version of the item. The original news or event will remain available in its original space even after the sharing period ends. Only the visibility in other collections or solutions will expire.
Improved moderation process
All solutions on the Interoperable Europe Portal have become moderated! With this change, solution owners/facilitators will have to approve any content that will be created and proposed in their solution. This ensures relevancy and quality, and safeguards against suspicious postings. Solution owners/facilitators will receive an automatic email notification to either approve or reject any proposed content.
