The Open eGovernment Services study is aimed to provide a robust and shared definition of Open eGovernment Services, assess the value of these and understand how the public sector can become an agent of innovation.

 

During this first webinar we will present and discuss:

  • A working definition of Open eGovernment Services, with the aim to illustrate which services can be included in this category and how this category can be explained;
  • A taxonomy of Open eGovernment Services, with the aim to define the scope and the categories of this type of services.
