joinup 1.4-.1.i3 1.4-.1.i3 Switch to the latest release

This release contains the functional specifications and source code of Joinup v1.4.1i3, with the following new features:

ADMS import: import of ADMS-conform description metadata about semantic interoperability assets
ADMS content management: forms and workflow to manage collections of interoperability assets within a so-called federated repository.
ADMS search: solr-based facettted search for itneroperabiltiy assets.

The source code will be also available in the SVN repository:
