Why participate?
Your feedback will help us identify national solutions, reusable tools and scalable initiatives that enhance cross-border interoperability. Moreover, it will provide us with a better understanding of how existing EU-level tools are being utilized. 

What to expect
The survey in structured in three sections:

Solutions
This section collects information on existing national solutions that enable cross-border interoperability. According to the Interoperable Europe Act, an interoperability solution constitutes a reusable asset concerning legal, organisational, semantic or technical requirements to enable cross-border interoperability, such as conceptual frameworks, guidelines, reference architectures, technical specifications, standards, services and applications, as well as documented technical components, such as source code.

Initiatives
In this section we seek feedback on national initiatives with a cross-border dimension. These initiatives can include strategies, programs, policies, and regulations aimed at enhancing cross-border interoperability. While initiatives may incorporate specific solutions, they typically have a broader scope which may lead to early stage solutions (eg. MVP) or pilots. We are particularly interested in national initiatives that have the potential to be scaled up to the European level and in identifying possible synergies with other initiatives.

This part collects existing EU solutions, mainly building blocks.
