The Website Evidence Collector is a tool published by the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) under the European Union Public License (EUPL-1.2).

This tool is published under the Free and open source software Collection on Joinup and is purpose is to allow the automation of privacy and the protection of personal data during website inspections. More specifically, the tool collects cookies, requests to third parties and other information that could be characterised as evidence of personal data processing. The collected evidence allows users to form a better understanding of which of their personal data is transferred and stored during a website visit without their consent.
