What is a good structure for a solution architecture template?

Issue raised by Mads Hjorth: The Danish Agency for Digitisation maintains a template for creating "reference architectures". Would this be a good strcuture for solution architecture templates (SATs)? Translation below:

I agree with you this are the base templates for any architecture firms
