The European Commission invites everyone who has used an e-Procurement platform as a bidder to contribute to the Golden Book of e-Procurement good practices.

Target groups

The survey is targeting users in a bidder role of any e-Procurement platform across Europe.

Period of consultation

From 11.09.2012 to 11.10.2012.

Objectives of the survey

This survey aims to collect information on:

  • what is important to the users of e-Procurement platforms in the bidder role; and
  • how the e-Procurement platform(s) the bidders have used meet their expectations.

How to submit your contribution

The survey is structured in two parts:

  • Part 1: lists nine features of e-Procurement platforms and asks the respondent to score how valuable the feature is for him/her as a user in a bidder role.
  • Part 2: asks the user to answer how well the platform(s) he/she has used lives up to those same nine features.

The survey is targetting the users of any e-Procurement platforms accross Europe and is available in eleven languages:

If you are a platform owner we ask you to help us with spreading the survey to your platform users. By doing so you will contribute to the identification of e-Procurement good practices and gain unprecedented information on the expectations of economic operators using e-Procurement platforms in Europe.
