Europass invites all individuals who have developed open source tools related to Europass and its services to contribute them to the OSOR.eu repository and link them to this Community.

This way we could leverage the collective knowledge of the community, promote the works of one another, and have ideas for further developments.

Europass has submitted two related projects that provide example-tools for parsing a Europass XML or Europass PDF with attached XML, and storing its data to a relational database. Check out "Europass CV PHP Tool" and  "Europass CV Java Tool" for further details.

The purpose of both tools is to suggest a web-based PHP tool and a standalone Java application in order to (1) import a Europass XML or PDF+XML file into a relational database (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle) (2) upload Europass PDF+XML CV and fill-in HTML form.
