Kommunalforum.de is a private initiative which enables a simple and free communication about the municipal administration in Germany. Local governments and administrations (and their employees), citizens, politicians, enterprises and other interested people are invited. The "unlimited" communication in the social network / community offers the possibility to profit nationwidely from experiences of others. With functions like forums, chats, uploads/downloads, polls, private mail, appointment calendar, and many more the site offers all functions for an effective communication of Web 2.0. It includes, besides, elements of the E-Government, the E inclusion, the E-Democracy and the E participation.
