Description (short summary):
The present survey proposes a new way of measuring the maturity of eGovernment services provision and citizens' uptake in local public administration. Rather than a ranking of cities, the results are presented in the form of city diagrams in which each city can see its profile compared with the European average. The survey also provides a list of best practices based on the combination of the high maturity of the service combined with its high acceptance by the citizen. All best practices were selected among more than 1 000 different cases.
