This study is part of the work of the e-Government Working Group of the EUROCITIES Knowledge Society Forum (TeleCities), led by the Barcelona City Council.

The study analyses some of the most outstanding models of local eGovernment as adopted by the following European cities: Barcelona, Birmingham, Munich, Stockholm, The Hague, Turin and Vienna. The description provided covers the public services delivery models of these cities, stretching from take-up to implementation, and from organisational change to services promotion.
