PIN Managment Applet allows unmatching new pin and pin confirmation

PIN Managment applet should not allow CHANGE PIN if pin and confirmation do not match.
The OK Button is disabled, but keyboard 'enter' causes the PIN to be changed to 'new PIN'.

With pinpad card readers unmatching new pin and pin confirmation causes an error instead of a meaningful error message.
