If a CRL cannot be downloaded from a CRL-DP, MOA tries to use a CRL from the
CRL archive. But this only works if the time the CRL was issued is before the
time of signature verification. If this is not the case, MOA should indicate
an error that the CRL information in the archive is too old.

However, the text of the corresponding log message reads:
"Got too young revocation info from archive", but should read:
"Got too oldrevocation info from archive".
