In case of the creation of an enveloped signature, the service returns
the wrong XML structure in the element SignatureEnvironment in the
CreateXMLSignatureResponse. Instead of returning the same element
which was passed in the element CreateSignatureEnvironment in the
CreateXMLSignatureRequest, the service returns the parent element of
the created signature (which is specified by the element
CreateSignatureLocation of the CreateXMLSignatureRequest).
