We would like to inform you about the major release of the Core Public Service Vocabulary Application Profile (CPSV-AP) 3.0.0.
In January 2022, the major release cycle for the Core Public Service Vocabulary Application Profile (CPSV-AP) started under the Digital Europe Programme of the European Commission aiming to address requests for change received by users through the GitHub repository. CPSV-AP Working Group members and users were invited to share their comments during two dedicated webinars which took place on the 2nd of March and 6th of April.
Following this process, we would like to announce that the new release of the Core Public Service Vocabulary Application Profile is available on Joinup and on GitHub. Key changes made to the specification are as follows:
- Improved alignment with Core Vocabularies
- Private organizations can participate better in the provision of public services
- Increased flexibility in the model
CPSV-AP 3.0.0 is now fully released following a three-week public review period in May 2022. Further feedback on the specification can be submitted under the GitHub issues page.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that the GitHub repositories of the Catalogue of Services Action will be migrated to the GitHub SEMIC organisation within one month. This will facilitate the management of the GitHub repository within the same action.
Sincerely yours,
The Catalogue of Services Action
