As part of ISA Action 1.17, A Reusable INSPIRE Reference Platform (ARE3NA) a project was launched by the EC Joint Research Centre (JRC) on Authentication, Authorization & Accounting for Data and Services in EU Public Administrations, with a focus on the access control needs of the INSPIRE Directive.

This software package D3.1– Testbed Software is based on the initial developments following the projects workshop with experts and the live tests taking place with participating public organisations, including the JRC as a harvesting use case.

The package contains:

Software developments for the testbed for the following software:

• Geomajas
• OpenLayers
• QGIS 1.7.0

The software stack involves these and other Open Source software products. These are not included in the file but can be downloaded separately.

It also contains the configurations using GeoXACML for the cross-border test cases, where data from different countries was made accessible to authenticated users in the testbed.
