This design documented has been created as the basis for the reference validator to help those implementing the INSPIRE Directive test their data, metadata and services according to technical requirements. It has been produced by the EC Joint Research Centre under ISA Programme's Action 1.17 (ARE3NA) and is being maintained and extended under the ELISE Action of the ISA² Programme.
