As part of its action "Catalogue of Services", the ISA² Programme of the European Commission is working on different activities:

• A feasibility study on the modelling of the processes for delivering public services;
• The modelling of proactive services;
• A European taxonomy for generic public services;
• The change management of the CPSV-AP and of its tools;
• APIs for catalogues of services based on CPSV-AP; and
• An architecture for public service chatbots.

In this context, the first webinar of 2019 organised by the ISA² Action "Catalogue of public services" will take place on the 6th of February from 9:30 to 11:30 CET (GMT+1). To continue the discussions held during the previous webinar last September and the workshop last June, the objectives for the webinar will be to:

• Present the overall objectives of the action for 2019 and the contributions expected from this Working Group
• Discuss several questions regarding the following activities:
  • Taxonomy of public services
  • Feasibility study on the modelling of the processes of delivering for public services
  • Analysis and modelling of proactive services
• Present briefly the issues opened on GitHub for changing CPSV-AP
