As part of its action "Catalogue of Services", the ISA² Programme of the European Commission is working on different activities:
- A feasibility study on the modelling of the processes for delivering public services;
- The modelling of proactive services;
- A European taxonomy for generic public services;
- The change management of the CPSV-AP and of its tools;
- APIs for catalogues of services based on CPSV-AP; and
- An architecture for public service chatbots.
In this context, the first webinar of 2019 organised by the ISA² Action "Catalogue of public services" will take place on the 6th of February from 9:30 to 11:30 CET (GMT+1). To continue the discussions held during the previous webinar last September and the workshop last June, the objectives for the webinar will be to:
- Present the overall objectives of the action for 2019 and the contributions expected from this Working Group
- Discuss several questions regarding the following activities:
- Taxonomy of public services
- Feasibility study on the modelling of the processes of delivering for public services
- Analysis and modelling of proactive services
- Present briefly the issues opened on GitHub for changing CPSV-AP
