Raf Buyle is involved in strategic e-Government projects for local and regional governments since 2002. As an Information Architect at the Flanders Information Agency, Raf tries to implement solutions for a more rational and more interoperable e-government. Raf also is a board member of Open Knowledge Belgium, promoting Open Data. In the Flemish Steering Committee for Information and ICT-policy Raf Chairs the working group on Open Data Standards.
