Public Sector Tech Watch is the European Commission Observatory dedicated to monitoring, analysing and disseminating the use of emerging technologies (e.g., Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) within the public sector in Europe.

Our mission is to become the “one stop” for all stakeholders – including public sector officials, policy makers, GovTech startups and SMEs, and academia – interested on the latest technological developments to improve public sector operations and service delivery.

While PSTW primarily supports public sector leaders and academia with comprehensive analysis and insights, GovTech Connect is more targeted towards startups and SMEs, to connect them with public sector partners and drive public sector digitisation.
