The Integrated public service governance (IPSG) implements the following:

Interoperability layers

Integrated public service governance (IPSG) implements the following EIF recommendations as explained below:

  • Recommendation 25 | Integrated public service governance

By providing detail on what decisions need to be taken, the recommendations 1, 2 and 4 related to IPSG ensure interoperability and coordination over time, and in particular call for an incremental approach to developing integrated public services, and for the involvement of the private sector when possible, as well as the indirect involvement of political stakeholders.

  • Recommendation 26 | Integrated public service governance

ISPG recommendations 3 and 5 ensure the establishment of interoperability agreements, complemented by operational agreements and change management procedures, as they call respectively for the assessment of the delivery of the integrated public service within the existing legal framework and for flexibility and consistency when selecting standards.
