Set of standardized documents for electronic public procurement including eNotification, eTendering and eAwarding, following the UBL Syntax. This set of document models developed by the Dirección General del Patrimonio del Estado (Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administration) has been the basis for the pre-award documents defined in CEN/BII and UBL 2.1. Previous works done in international projects such as UBL, IDABC XML schemas for eTendering and UN/CEFACT TBG6 have been taken into account
