Interoperable Europe Academy’s (IOPEU Academy) self-paced interactive online courses are created to support everyone who wants to expand their knowledge on interoperability, with the main focus on public servants of all levels of administration that are actively engaged in digital transformation. In order for the IOPEU Academy to reach anyone in need of boosting their advanced digital skills, they believe that all their courses should be completely open, free and reusable.

For that purpose, even from the beginning of the course creation process, IOPEU Academy develops courses that are SCORM compliant, meaning that they can be easily downloaded and repurposed on similar educational platforms. In addition to that, every course is also published on Joinup as a solution.

Each solution contains all the necessary information and materials for a course to be ready for reuse. This includes the SCORM package of each section of the course, its logo, and its Essential Course Information, which is a document giving a brief description of the course, its target audience, learning objectives, etc.

Most recently, Interoperable Europe Academy published the 3 following courses and created their respective solutions on Joinup: the ‘Alignment of NIFs to the EIF’, the ‘EUPL’ and

the ‘Introduction to Open Software Licenses’. All the available course solutions can be found on this page on the Joinup platform. Any educational academies are invited to publish them on their platforms provided that they also mention IOPEU Academy!
